During the spring the idea of undertaking the rental business for tourist purposes was born almost for fun. Time to wait for the necessary authorisations and by June EH will welcome the First guests, the house of Elena, is able to welcome the first guests.
The success found with ELEHOME pushes us to expand what is becoming a real business. With the total renovation of the property in via Giuseppe Garibaldi that lasted almost two years, we give life to ELEROOM. Since April 1st, Elena's Rooms have been a reality.
In March another apartment was added. ELEHOME 2 Smaller than the other, but no less charming and comfortable.
Eleroom and Elehome are inside the ZTL and therefore do not have their own parking.

It’s the cheapest and most practical solution to reach the city center. Just €2 a day and it’s adjacent to the train station, which provides buses all day everyday. However, the city center can also be reached by walking, using the escalator inside the parking lot.
This parking is particularly suitable for those who need to take trains or need a fast connection to the city center or the hospital. Buses such as 0S2 – 0S3 – 0S4 – 0S5 – 0S8 – 60N – S17 – S19 – S77 guarantee return rides to and from the city center every 15 minutes.
